The asembly line is a important part of our factory , 100% of the product sneed to be assemble and packaged on the assembly line before being loadded ito vehicles or container .

Our quality control department will send quality staff to focus on the it from start to finish ,but in our experience ,quality products come from production and project management , not from quality inspection ,especialy on the sewing industry . we adopt a full-staff quality control strategy ,each one is a expert on the quality of the product , they are good at to find the solution before being trouble . this helps us maitain high quality prouction and reduce reject rates . our employee enjoy this work and be proud of

The packaging of the products is the lt step of prouction , we will finished them according to the packaging requirments .some products only need ordinary PE bag packaging ,and some products need luxury fashion packaging boes with customer brands, our project deprtment will confirm all of information with customer and arrange production orders to production department for assembly . they all require strick management from material to packaging . any missing and miss understanding will take the trouble to production . so keep everything is clear and well understanding have became a habit to us .
